What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver a wide scope of professional services including dilapidations, schedules of condition, technical due diligence, defect analysis, and project management.
- Take ownership of your workload with the opportunity to lead projects and manage client relationships.
- Play a key role in business development, supporting opportunities from pitch to project completion.
- Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to the growth of the building consultancy offering.
- Support the leadership team in achieving strategic growth and client satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying (BSc Hons or equivalent).
- MRICS qualified with 1–2 years PQE (or more).
- Confident working across the commercial real estate sectors including retail, industrial, and office space.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working in a hybrid tech-enabled environment.
- Client-facing, commercially aware, and capable of generating future business.
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and keen to grow both personally and professionally.
