Turner Property Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with TC Harrison Group as they look to appoint a driven Estate Surveyor to join their growing team at their head office in Derby.

About the Role - Estate Surveyor

TC Harrison Group is a highly-respected, multi-award-winning, family-owned business with over 90 years of industry experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a reputable, client-side organisation and play a key role in managing a diverse and evolving property portfolio.

As Estate Surveyor, you will take the lead on the day-to-day management of 12-15 properties, working across sectors including retail, industrial and office. You will be actively involved across the full lifecycle, including management of void properties, marketing, negotiating and agreeing terms, liaising with legal advisors, handover, rent reviews and lease renewals.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to contribute to strategic planning and business growth. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor an in-house Building Surveyor, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional development. About You - Estate Surveyor

TC Harrison Group are ideally looking for a confident and client-facing Estate Surveyor with the following:

  • Ideally MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
  • A relevant Degree qualification
  • Experience in a similar client-side or consultancy role is preferred
  • A full UK driving license (essential)
  • Strong management skills would be beneficial
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
