Turner Property Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a leading independent construction and property consultancy in their search for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy delivering large-scale industrial, logistics and distribution centre projects across the UK. Locations are flexible across Central England, with strong consideration given to candidates in Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Nottingham, Leicester and surrounding areas.

The Role:

  • Managing projects from feasibility through to completion and post-handover
  • Working across high-volume industrial and distribution centre programmes
  • Attending client and site meetings across multiple projects
  • Preparing progress reports and managing project documentation
  • Managing project costs from scope through to final account
  • Supporting procurement, contract administration and programme delivery
  • Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering industrial, logistics or distribution centre projects preferred
  • Consultancy or client-side project management background
  • NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge desirable
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Well organised, commercially aware and proactive approach
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
