Turner Property Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading global construction and property consultancy to recruit a Project Manager for a long-term capital investment programme based on one of Scotland's most significant operational estates. This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative Building Surveying team delivering a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, infrastructure and estate improvement projects in a client-facing environment. You'll oversee schemes from inception through to completion, working closely with stakeholders and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
The Role
- Managing multiple capital projects across a live operational estate
- Managing projects through the full project lifecycle
- Administering and delivering projects under NEC contracts
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and client stakeholders
- Managing programme, cost, quality and risk
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Reporting progress and providing professional project management advice
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates from a range of backgrounds, including consultancy, client-side or contractor organisations. You'll ideally have:
- Project management experience within the built environment
- Experience delivering refurbishment, CAPEX or estate improvement projects
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A relevant construction qualification (APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent desirable)
