This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious senior Building Surveyor to take a genuine leadership role within a highly respected consultancy that has built an outstanding reputation across the commercial property sector.

With continued growth and an impressive pipeline of work, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of the Building Consultancy team while helping drive the next phase of the busines s.

This position offers an excellent balance of project delivery, professional Building Surveying, client relationship management, business development and team leadership.

You'll have the autonomy to influence strategy, develop key client accounts and mentor the next generation of surveyors, whilst working alongside an established leadership te am.

The Role You'll lead a diverse portfolio of project and professional Building Surveying instructions includ ing: Contract Administration and Project Manage ment Technical Due Dilig ence Dilapidations (landlord and ten ant)Acquisition Sur veys Schedules of Condi tion Project Monito ring Commercial office refurbishments and fit-out proj ects Tenant lease advisory instruct ions Projects range f rom £50,000 to £20 mil lion, acting for investors, developers, landlords, occupiers and corporate clients across a broad commercial property portfo lio.

Abou t You We're looking fo r an MRICS Chartered Building Sur veyor with a strong consultancy background and experience operating at Associate Director, Director or an equivalent senior l evel.

You wi ll be: Commercially minded with a proven ability to build and maintain client relation ships.

Comfortable leading major project and professional commis sions.

Experienced in winning work, presenting to clients and identifying new business opportun ities.

A confident mentor and leader who enjoys developing teams.

Passionate about delivering excellent client service whilst contributing to the wider growth of the bus iness.

This role would particularly suit someone looking for greater autonomy, influence and the opportunity to help shape the future of an established Building Consultancy team.
