Responsibilities
- Preparing cost plans and estimates.
- Managing procurement and tender processes.
- Administering contracts.

- Assessing variations.
- Delivering accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering cost management services within a consultancy environment.
- Progress towards, or attainment of, professional charterships such as MRICS is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
