Key Requirements:

  • Experience working as a BR Principal Designer, Building Safety Consultant, or within Building Regulations compliance
  • Background in architecture, design management, technical coordination, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations framework
  • Knowledge of higher-risk buildings and design risk management preferred
  • Relevant professional qualification such as RIBA, ARB, CIOB, CABE, or similar advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage projects independently and provide clear technical guidance
