Key Requirements:
- Experience working as a BR Principal Designer, Building Safety Consultant, or within Building Regulations compliance

- Knowledge of higher-risk buildings and design risk management preferred
- Relevant professional qualification such as RIBA, ARB, CIOB, CABE, or similar advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and provide clear technical guidance
