Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor – London
£60,000–£78,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Hybrid Working
I’m working with a respected independent consultancy that is looking to strengthen its London-based Building Surveying team with a Chartered or Senior-level Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, people-focused firm that offers autonomy, career development, and a high-quality pipeline of commercial work.
You’ll be delivering a broad range of professional and project-led services across the commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors . The team works with some of the UK’s most established clients, including major investors, landlords, and occupiers—offering great exposure and variety in the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract administration and project oversight
- Technical Due Diligence and acquisition surveys
- Commercial landlord & tenant dilapidations
- Building pathology and defect diagnosis
- General commercial building surveying duties at senior/chartered level
About You:
- MRICS qualified with a degree in Building Surveying
- Experience in a commercially focused consultancy environment
- Confident managing client relationships and leading projects
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of construction and contracts
- Full UK driving licence
