This is a national leadership opportunity with flexibility on location. The successful individual can be based in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff or Cambridge, with the mandate to build, lead and grow a high performing Project Management offering across the business.
The Role
This is a strategic hire at senior level, responsible for establishing and driving the Project Management service line nationally. You will work closely with the wider Partnership to shape the vision, define the growth strategy and deliver a market leading service to clients across multiple sectors. A key focus of this role is growth. The successful candidate will bring a clear client following and demonstrable ability to generate and convert new business opportunities. You will be given the platform, autonomy and support to build a team around you.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the national Project Management service line
- Driving business development and revenue growth
- Leveraging an existing client following to generate immediate workload
- Building and mentoring a high performing team
- Collaborating with Partners across offices to maximise cross-selling opportunities
- Representing the business in the market and strengthening its brand presence
About You
- Proven track record operating at Director or Head of level within Project Management
- Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- A clear and demonstrable client following
- Experience leading teams and growing service lines
