We would also be keen to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors looking to take the next step in their career. The Role
You will benefit from a balanced workload, with responsibilities split evenly between professional services and project delivery. The role offers the chance to work closely with key public sector clients, including Somerset Council and Bath Council, alongside involvement in a diverse range of projects. There is also the opportunity to contribute to heritage-focused work. While prior heritage experience is advantageous, it is by no means essential – support and guidance will be provided for those keen to develop in this area.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of professional building surveying/quantity surveying services
- Manage and support project delivery across multiple sectors
- Work closely with public sector clients, including local authorities
- Contribute to surveys, reports, and contract administration
- Support heritage and conservation-led projects (where applicable)
About You
- Newly Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload across professional and project work
- Interest in developing experience with heritage projects (desirable, not essential)
