Turner Property Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected property consultancy to recruit a Building Surveyor for its Bristol office. Applications are welcomed from candidates at Graduate level through to MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyors.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and supportive team undertaking a diverse mix of professional and project work across a broad client portfolio. You will gain exposure to building surveys, contract administration, dilapidations, technical due diligence and a range of advisory instructions, working alongside experienced surveyors committed to your continued development.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Building Surveying degree (or equivalent) and, for more senior appointments, possess MRICS status or be actively working towards chartership. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a genuine enthusiasm for private practice are essential.
