This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project management professional to take on a senior leadership role within a highly respected consultancy, delivering a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and delivering construction and development projects across a range of sectors
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
- Managing project programmes, budgets and risk management processes
- Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractors
- Supporting business development activities and identifying new opportunities
- Mentoring and supporting junior project management staff
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven project management experience within a consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of construction project delivery and contract administration
- Ideally chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent)
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
