Associate Building Surveyor

Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well known Building Consultancy on a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor role in Manchester.

Our client has over 30 years of expertise across a comprehensive range of services, including Building Surveying, Rights of Light, Daylight & Sunlight, Neighbourly Matters, Wind Microclimate and Measured Surveys.

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join our client\’s experienced Building Surveying team in Manchester. With a diverse range of projects, from commercial developments to residential sites, you’ll work in a fast paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll be involved in

• Pre-Acquisition and Vendor Due Diligence consultancy.

• Project Monitoring on new development consultancy.

• Contract Administration for projects ranging from £50K to £5m+.

• Dilapidation instructions for both landlords and tenants.

• Delivering Planned Maintenance Programmes.

• Schedules of Condition

• Defect diagnosis

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of properties and projects while honing your technical expertise and client-facing skills.
