Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well known Building Consultancy on a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor role in Manchester. Our client has over 30 years of expertise across a comprehensive range of services, including Building Surveying, Rights of Light, Daylight & Sunlight, Neighbourly Matters, Wind Microclimate and Measured Surveys.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to join our client's experienced Building Surveying team in Manchester. With a diverse range of projects, from commercial developments to residential sites, you’ll work in a fast paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll be involved in:
- Pre-Acquisition and Vendor Due Diligence consultancy.
- Project Monitoring on new development consultancy.
- Contract Administration for projects ranging from £50K to £5m+.
- Dilapidation instructions for both landlords and tenants.
- Delivering Planned Maintenance Programmes.
- Schedules of Condition.
- Defect diagnosis.
