This is a full-time role for a Senior Building Surveyor based in Leeds with flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for undertaking Building Surveys, Condition Surveys, Feasibility Studies, Contract Administration, Project Management, Development Monitoring, Dilapidations Negotiations, and undertaking Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments. You will work closely with more senior team members to assist in delivering more complex instructions, whilst also being given plenty of opportunities to work autonomously.
