Turner Property Recruitment is working with an award-winning, employee-owned building consultancy to recruit an experienced Project Manager for its growing Bristol team.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering a wide variety of projects across all RIBA stages, working closely with clients from initial brief through to completion. You'll build trusted client relationships, manage key stakeholders, and provide commercially focused project advice across a broad range of property sectors.
You'll collaborate with property agents, managing agents, solicitors, contractors and other industry professionals, giving you excellent exposure and the opportunity to develop a strong professional network.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can hit the ground running and bring both technical expertise and strong client-facing skills.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience delivering projects through all RIBA Stages
- A solid understanding of statutory compliance and contract administration
- Experience managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders
- Commercial awareness across development, acquisitions and disposals
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
