We're working with a well-established and highly respected multidisciplinary property consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join its growing London team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with around 4-5 years' Building Surveying experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility within a collaborative, supportive team. Whether you're already operating at Senior level or looking to make that step up, you'll be joining a business where your progression is genuinely encouraged.
The Role
You'll become part of a close-knit London Building Surveying team working across a varied client portfolio. Around 70% of your workload will focus on cladding remediation and fire safety projects, alongside a broader mix of traditional Building Surveying instructions to keep your experience diverse.
Working closely with experienced surveyors and leadership, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while building long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Around 4-5+ years' experience within Building Surveying
- Experience delivering professional Building Surveying services
- Exposure to cladding and fire safety projects would be advantageous, but not essential
- Confident, personable and enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
- An ambitious surveyor looking for genuine career progression
- MRICS is not essential. If you're working towards Chartership, full support and mentoring will be provided.
