Turner Lovell are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join an £1billion + turnover EPC Contractor in the electricity and renewable energy sector. This role will see you becoming a part of the well-established Commercial team that supports the Electricity transmission and Renewables team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts, sub‑contractor accounts, and project finances.
  • Ensure compliance and support risk mitigation.
  • Track costs and value additional works.
  • Produce weekly cost/value reports.
  • Analyse tenders and support operational teams.
  • Collate information for monthly cost/value reconciliations and contract reviews.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge and proven experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
  • Experience in a similar position, ideally within the electricity industry.
  • Background in civil engineering or electrical engineering.
  • Travel as required; full UK driving licence needed.
  • Experience using Oracle.
