Executive Mandate

The successful candidate will:

• Define and execute the UK commercial strategy aligned to European corporate objectives
• Lead all external customer, partner, investment and strategic alliance engagements
• Shape the market narrative, value proposition and brand presence
• Govern opportunity qualification, pricing rationale and commercial risk discipline
• Establish performance frameworks, reporting standards and commercial oversight
• Build and develop a high‑calibre commercial organisation in the UK
• Represent the UK business at executive level across regions and functions

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a strategic and trusted commercial leader with:

• Senior leadership experience within OEM, EPC, or major energy/infrastructure programmes
• A track record navigating complex, long‑cycle, multinational commercial environments
• Board‑level gravitas with strong stakeholder, customer and partner credibility
• Proven capability in market entry, organisational build, and scale‑up environments
• High cultural intelligence, resilience and a long‑term leadership mindset
