You’ll also take ownership of subcontractor management and financial reporting, ensuring consistency and strong commercial governance across all projects.
Requirements:
- Confident working with major contract forms such as NEC3/4, JCT, and FIDIC.
- Skilled in contract review, commercial reporting, and project control processes.
- Experience in Electricity Transmission (OHL/Substations) is an advantage, but applicants from major infrastructure projects managing multimillion-pound schemes are welcome.
- Strong background in managing major subcontract packages and working closely with clients.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying (or graduate-level background).
- Solid understanding of contract administration, subcontract management, valuations and maintaining site records.
