Turner Lovell is recruiting a Senior Civil / Structural Engineer to join a growing infrastructure and engineering contractor delivering major UK energy and infrastructure schemes. This opportunity sits within a multidisciplinary civils design team supporting a strong secured pipeline of projects across the energy and infrastructure sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery and coordination of civil and structural engineering design packages
- Producing and reviewing technical designs, calculations, reports and specifications
- Coordinating multidisciplinary design inputs across infrastructure and energy projects
- Supporting BIM and digital engineering delivery processes
- Attending technical workshops, design reviews and client/stakeholder meetings
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical development within the team
- Supporting project planning, quality assurance and programme delivery
Ideal background:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong technical design and project coordination capability
- Experience working on infrastructure, civils, transport, buildings or energy-related projects
- Knowledge of industry software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit or similar
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
