Turner Lovell are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join an £1billion + turnover EPC Contractor in the electricity and renewable energy sector. This role will see you becoming a part of the well-established Commercial team that supports the Electricity transmission and Renewables team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage contracts, sub‑contractor accounts, and project finances.
- Ensure compliance and support risk mitigation.
- Track costs and value additional works.
- Produce weekly cost/value reports.
- Analyse tenders and support operational teams.
- Collate information for monthly cost/value reconciliations and contract reviews.
- Strong working knowledge and proven experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
- Experience in a similar position, ideally within the electricity industry.
- Background in civil engineering or electrical engineering.
- Travel as required; full UK driving licence needed.
- Experience using Oracle.
