  • Manage a portfolio of high-value projects focused on protection, control, and cybersecurity for National Grid or other DNOs and industrial customers.
  • Oversee project teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards (SHEQ).
  • Establish, implement and maintain the project delivery strategy in collaboration with the Project Team.
  • Lead, coordinate and oversee the delivery of protection and control equipment on site—from order through installation and handover.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, safety, and budget compliance.
  • Manage and lead a portfolio of projects and collaborate with customer senior partners to secure agreement, manage the programme and address commercial issues.
  • Liaise with customers to understand requirements and manage expectations; foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the internal engineering team to improve project processes and efficiency.

  • Experience in subcontract management, site CDM management and commissioning activities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
