Turner Lovell are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support a large-scale, complex energy infrastructure programme as it enters a key delivery phase. The project is being delivered by a globally active energy technology and engineering organisation, recognised for its role in delivering critical power infrastructure and supporting the energy transition. The role will initially focus on the civil construction phase, scheduled to run for a minimum of 12 months, before progressing into mechanical and electrical installation scopes over a further 12–24-month period. This offers long-term involvement across multiple phases of a strategically important programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HSE advisory support during the civil works phase of construction
- Promote and embed a strong safety-first culture across site teams and contractor partners
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE legislation, internal standards, and project-specific requirements
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, driving timely corrective actions
- Support incident reporting, investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Review and approve HSE documentation, method statements, and permits to work
- Support the effective transition of HSE systems and controls into subsequent phases
