Are you an experienced Quantity Surveying professional with experience in delivering major infrastructure upgrade projects? Have you ambitions to work on significant, large-scale projects?
Turner Lovell is recruiting a Managing Quantity Surveyor leading UK business that has responsibility for managing reactive and planned maintenance, and upgrade the existing infrastructure in and around Heathrow Airport. You will be working with a team who deliver a mix of civil engineering and building schemes through our existing suite of contracts with clients operating across a diverse group of sectors.
As a Managing QS you will:
- Support the Commercial Manager in delivering services effectively and consistently.
- Manage the commercial and financial aspects of the projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the required standards.
- Oversee cost management, contract administration, and procurement, while also providing guidance to junior surveyors.
- Be involved in significant interaction with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle; prepare financial reports, including cost reconciliations and progress reports, to keep stakeholders informed.
