Job Title: Lead Electronic/Electrical Test Solution Engineer Location: West Midlands, UK Type: Full-time Overview: We\’re looking for a hands-on engineer to lead the design and support of test systems used in manufacturing electrical products. This role involves working with both hardware and software to make sure products are tested safely, accurately, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement test systems for electrical modules and products. Work with software tools (like LabVIEW) and hardware to create reliable testing solutions. Support manufacturing teams and external partners with technical issues. Help improve testing processes and ensure safety standards are met. Create technical documentation and training materials. Collaborate with teams across engineering, quality, and sourcing. What You\’ll Need: Strong experience in test engineering, including both hardware and software.
