We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a major project in Wales. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation delivering critical renewable energy infrastructure, supervising day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have experience supervising electrical or multi-disciplinary works on high-voltage transmission or substation projects and will be confident managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project procedures, and driving a strong safety culture on site. Role Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities across electrical installation works on an energy project. Coordinate subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. Ensure compliance with all project health, safety, environmental and quality procedures. Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and daily briefings, promoting a positive safety culture throughout the project. Monitor progress on site and report updates, risks and issues to the Site Manager and Project Manager. Ensure RAMS, permits and site documentation are implemented and adhered to. Support quality inspections, snagging activities and commissioning readiness. Liaise with engineering, commissioning and client representatives to ensure successful project delivery. Assist with planning daily work activities and resolving site issues as they arise. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on HV or EHV transmission/substation projects. Experience supervising electrical installation works on National Grid or DNO infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Good understanding of construction methodologies, quality assurance and safe systems of work. Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and CDM regulations. SR163, SMSTS & CSCS Card . Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors. Full UK driving licence.
