Senior Safety Engineer Location: Hybrid, with 2-3 days in the West Midlands £70k + Salary Packages Projects: Renewable energy, infrastructure. On behalf of a fast-growing international EPC contractor, with a strong pipeline of renewable energy, electricity, and offshore wind projects across the UK and Europe, Turner Lovell are recruiting for a Senior Safety Engineer to join their well-established engineering team. This role is crucial in ensuring safety in delivering high-voltage electricity transmission projects across Europe, whilst delivering multiple major projects across Europe. As a Senior Safety Engineer, you will ensure all design work prioritizes safety, reducing safety, health, and environmental concerns during the design phase. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual with a strong interest in safety and safe construction practices, who can effectively interface with designers and challenge designs to ensure optimal safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the \’Hazard in Design\’ process across multiple projects. Facilitate and chair \’Hazid\’ reviews. Ensure hazards are identified and mitigated.
