Turner Lovell are seeking an experienced Contracts & Claims Manager to support a growing Grid Technologies business based in Manchester. This role will focus on managing contractual risk, claims, and variations across complex engineering and energy infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Review and interpret customer and supplier contracts
- Support PMs and CPMs with claims and commercial strategy
- Identify, prepare, and manage incoming and outgoing claims
- Draft contractual correspondence, notifications, and variations
- Support dispute preparation and risk assessment
- Work closely with legal, commercial, and procurement teams
- Protect contractual entitlement and commercial position
- Strong experience in contracts and claims management
- EPC contract knowledge within engineering or construction environments
- Background in substations, HVDC, transmission, wind, or power projects
- Degree-qualified (Engineering, QS, Contract Law or similar preferred)
- Strong communicator
