A well-established specialist contractor delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions across Britain is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join its growing, friendly team.

Working within the water and environmental sectors, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke construction projects from concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the successful delivery of construction and engineering projects.
  • Support both small and large-scale project delivery programmes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Coordinate project planning, procurement, delivery and reporting activities.
  • Produce estimates, cashflow forecasts and cost analyses.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate communication between stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or project delivery within the construction sector.
  • Experience within civil engineering projects is highly desirable.
  • Water industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering or Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • CDM Regulations
    • NEC3 / NEC4 Contracts
    • Temporary Works
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with MS Project is beneficial.
  • CAD experience would be advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence.
