We’re looking for a proactive Company Secretarial Manager to help shape and develop a growing service line within our firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to build and scale services, support teams, and spot opportunities to deliver broader legal and accountancy solutions to clients.
The Opportunity
- Support the day-to-day management of the Company Secretarial team, ensuring an efficient and well-balanced workflow.
- Act as a central point of coordination across teams, supporting Client Managers and ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Oversee the delivery of company secretarial services, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted and credible point of contact.
- Identify commercial opportunities to expand services across legal, accountancy, and advisory areas.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to support client growth and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor workflows, deadlines, and internal systems to ensure smooth and scalable operations.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Play a key role in developing and promoting the Company Secretarial function internally and externally.
- Contribute to the development of a scalable “white label” Co Sec offering for external firms.
- Support performance tracking, including revenue, utilisation, and profitability.
About You
- Experience within a professional services environment or similar business services environment (e.g. legal, accountancy, governance, or similar).
- A strong understanding of how to manage and improve processes, systems, and service delivery.
- Credibility and confidence to lead, influence, and work across teams.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to spot opportunities to grow client relationships and services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting or leading teams (or a clear desire to step into leadership).
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
