This is an opportunity to step into the heart of a fast-growing professional services group and help shape how the business hires as it scales. We’re looking for an Internal Recruitment Manager who wants to be part of the team, close to decision-makers, and trusted to own recruitment properly. This is a visible role with genuine influence, not a back-office function.
You will work closely with an experienced Recruitment Director, gaining exposure to high-level hiring decisions and learning how recruitment is built as a strategic function, not just an operational one.
The opportunity:- Be part of a growing team with ambitious plans
- Work alongside a Recruitment Director and senior stakeholders
- Own internal recruitment across finance and professional services roles
- Recruit in a modern, proactive way with freedom to do things properly
- This is not a maintenance role or a job-board-only position
- You will help build an internal recruitment capability from the ground up
- You will be trained in modern recruitment practices and decision-making
- Clear opportunity to grow as the business grows
- Owning internal recruitment end to end
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
- Proactively engaging candidates through sourcing, referrals, and networks
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and the Recruitment Director
- Helping improve recruitment processes as the business scales
- Experience in internal or agency recruitment
- Someone who enjoys going after talent rather than waiting for applications
- Confident, organised, and commercially aware
- Comfortable in a fast-moving growth environment
- Motivated by development, progression, and being part of a team
- Salary up to £35,000
- A visible role within a growing professional services group
- Direct mentorship from a Recruitment Director
- Training in modern recruitment methods
- Clear progression as the business expands
- Autonomy, trust, and support without unnecessary process
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a senior internal recruitment role while learning directly from a Recruitment Director and being part of something built properly.
