High energy. Fast growth. Plenty happening.

We’re looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant / Internal Recruiter to join the in-house recruitment team of a rapidly growing UK business with a strong brand, ambitious plans and a culture where pace, ideas and personality are genuinely valued.

This isn’t a quiet, process-heavy internal recruitment role.

The business moves quickly.

Growth means there’s always something happening, priorities evolve and we need someone who enjoys that environment — proactive, organised and prepared to get into the market and make things happen.

If you enjoy the buzz of agency recruitment but want to use those skills inside one ambitious, growing business, this could be a great next move.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of recruitment across different areas of the business, partnering directly with hiring managers and proactively finding the people they need.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Running recruitment assignments from initial brief through to successful hire.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Proactively searching, headhunting and engaging passive candidates rather than relying on applications.
  • Market mapping businesses, competitors and relevant talent pools.
  • Using Linked In Recruiter, CV databases, job boards, referrals and creative sourcing methods.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates and producing targeted shortlists.
  • Creating engaging adverts and campaigns.
  • Building talent pipelines ahead of future growth.
  • Keeping recruitment moving through regular communication, feedback and follow-up.
  • Giving managers clear visibility of progress, activity and market feedback.
  • Managing interviews, offers and candidate engagement through to successful start.

Who Are We Looking For?

You might be an agency recruiter ready to move in-house, or already working within an internal talent team and looking for somewhere with more pace, autonomy and opportunity.

Either way, we’re looking for someone with energy, drive and a genuine enjoyment of recruitment.

Someone who would rather pick up the phone and find the right person than wait for another CV to arrive.

You’ll probably

  • Enjoy working at pace and having plenty going on.
  • Love the search, sourcing and people side of recruitment.
  • Be confident approaching and engaging passive candidates.
  • Bring ideas rather than waiting to be told what to do.
  • Build relationships quickly with candidates and managers.
  • Take ownership and follow things through.
  • Balance high activity with quality.
  • Enjoy being part of a lively, ambitious team.
  • Want to keep learning, developing and progressing.
  • A Business You Can Grow With

This is a business that’s moving forward quickly, and we want people who want to grow with it.

There’s a strong brand, an entrepreneurial culture and a genuine appetite for new ideas and better ways of working.

You’ll have the freedom to be creative with how you find talent, challenge traditional recruitment methods and contribute to how the internal recruitment function develops.

For the right person, this is more than another recruitment job.

It’s an opportunity to build your internal recruitment career alongside a business with significant ambitions for the future.
