The business has grown rapidly, is investing through acquisition, and expects its service operation and field-based team to expand significantly over the next few years. The opportunity is to commercialise, professionalise and scale the function. You’ll take ownership of: * A multi-million-pound service operation * A field-based team of 20+ people * Revenue, margin and recurring income growth * Customer experience and retention * Operational performance, capacity and resource planning * Building the structure, processes and leadership capability needed for growth This is a busy, demanding environment.
