We\’re supporting a rapidly growing automotive group in hiring a Group SEO Specialist, full‑time in Burton‑on‑Trent. This is a highly collaborative team known for its culture, company gatherings, and strong investment in training and development. You’ll own the full organic strategy across several brands.

What You’ll Do

• Own technical SEO across all group websites (audits, fixes, site health)
• Conduct keyword research and map out on‑page optimisation
• Build landing pages and improve conversion‑focused content
• Develop a complete content strategy aligned with commercial goals
• Work with writers/agencies to deliver content that ranks
• Monitor performance and build dashboards for leadership
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years SEO experience (agency or in‑house)
• Strong technical SEO skills and familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Ability to deliver ranking improvements in competitive niches
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with RevOps & Marketing
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present strategy & results
