What you'll do

As the only Support Services Administrator onsite, you will play a key role in establishing the Turnbull offices at SZC and supporting general administration duties.

  • Manage the day to day running of the office, including ordering stationery and managing desk/parking trackers
  • Scan and upload records onto in‑house software (Share Point)
  • Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate times, booking rooms, planning refreshments, and preparing documentation
  • Manage correspondence via the joint admin inbox
  • Draft, format and print relevant documents
  • Administer bespoke CRM systems for a variety of requests
  • Maintain accurate records of data
  • Support the wider team with ad‑hoc administrative requests
  • Support local events, including managing merchandise
  • Handle logistical and operational requests, including fuel card management and vehicle repair and maintenance requests
  • Assist the Social Media Specialist with ad‑hoc requests and content creation

Occasional travel to the South West for training and team building will also be required.

  • Previous office management / administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and record‑keeping skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer‑service skills
  • Ability to maintain an understanding of multiple systems and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (e. g. Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • Resilience and confidence in building relationships with all levels

In addition, you may be required to take part in routine weekend standby cover, which is compensated in addition to the set salary.
