What you'll do As Personal Assistant to the Director of Projects, you will play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of strategic business objectives. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support, manage a busy inbox and diary, coordinate meetings, and ensure priorities, deadlines, and commitments are effectively managed. You'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication. Your day to day will vary from preparing meeting materials and managing correspondence to coordinating activities and ensuring seamless day-to-day administration.
