Kitchen and Bathroom Warehouse Operative (Sleaford)
Turnbull is a family-owned builders’ merchant with long-standing roots across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
We’re looking for a reliable Kitchen & Bathroom Warehouse Operative to join our Distribution Centre at Sleaford and play a key role in supporting our kitchen and bathroom showrooms and supporting daily branch operations.
This is a hands‑on, practical role supporting our showroom distribution team and focused on getting things right for customers and working closely with our local branches.
- What you’ll be doing
- Loading and unloading our fleet of delivery vehicles ensuring that all kitchen and bathroom products are safely loaded, secured and are correct against the customers’ orders.
- Keeping the warehouse tidy, accessible and in good operational order at all times.
- Prepare kitchen and bathroom stock for delivery.
- Controlling the movement of kitchen and bathroom stock in and out of the warehouse.
- What we’re looking for
You don’t need previous builders’ merchant or showroom experience — we’re happy to train the right person.
What matters most is
- A positive attitude and willingness to work
- Being reliable, practical, and safety-conscious
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable dealing with customers in a polite, professional way
- A Full Driving licence is required and a licence for 7.5t with driver CPC is desirable but not essential.
- Forklift experience is desirable but not essential (training available).
