Counter Salesperson (Brigg)

Turnbull & Co is a family-owned builders’ merchant with long-standing roots across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. We’re looking for a customer focused Salesperson to join our Brigg trading centre and play a key role in serving our trade and retail customers and supporting branch sales.

This is a customer focused role based in our trade shop, focused on getting things right and working closely with the branch team. This role is ideal as a first step on the career ladder!

What you’ll be doing

• Serving Customers on our Trade Counter.
• Monitoring Sales on all collected products within the shop.
• Ordering stock for designated areas.
• Ensuring products and stands are displayed for best effect.
• Ensure all in-store promotional posters and Point of Sale (POS) are current and well maintained.
• Develop relationships with customers; encourage additional stock purchases to support their projects; make customers aware of other products we stock to promote sales and profit margins.
