Outline of Role:
Situated in the Bespoke store area, this role is responsible for the reception and general administration duties. The post holder will assist colleagues, customers and clients with their needs to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the Bespoke Department.
Role Details:
- Monitor and manage inboxes, faxes and post
- Managing bespoke administration (filing the dockets, doing shipping labels for both shops, customer liaison, process invoices, preparing reports and files as required)
- Ordering bespoke cloth
- Communicating with the factory to ensure the orders are ready in time
- Organising the company’s stationery for both Jermyn Street and Bury Street
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately
- High-level customer service to VIP clients
- Diary/calendar management and appointment making
- Provide all aspects of organisational and administrative support for the Bespoke and Customer Service teams
- Main point of contact for all employees, customers and clients
- Manage office contracts and facilities
- Ad hoc projects as required

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, invoices, liaising with customers and production, general clerical support).
