The Role
Reporting to the Marketing CRM Manager, the Marketing Executive will play a key role in delivering marketing activity across brand, retail and digital marketing. Working closely with e-commerce, retail and external partners, this role is responsible for coordinating campaigns, handling public relations activity, running affiliate programs, supporting paid media activity and contributing to performance reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, commercially minded and confident delivering multiple projects in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning and Execution
- Support the development and execution of the annual marketing calendar in line with commercial objectives and product launches.
- Coordinate cross-channel campaign rollouts across e-commerce, retail, social media, paid search, paid social, CRM, OOH/DOOH and print advertising, ensuring consistency of messaging and brand presentation.
- Produce campaign briefs, establishing timelines and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely launches.
- Organise marketing shoots and work with the Graphic Designer to deliver assets, to support communication plans across channels.
- Support events and brand collaborations, including the By Appointment department trunk shows, the James Bond collection and collaborations with other brands.
- Channel Management Content
- Execute day-to-day activity across digital marketing channels including social media, CRM and affiliates.
- Schedule and publish content in line with the marketing calendar and trading priorities.
- Write compelling copy for CRM, social media, paid media, affiliates, SEO and blog content, maintaining alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches and commercial activities.
- Monitor community engagement across platforms, responding where appropriate and escalating when necessary.
- Public Relations
- Handle day-to-day PR communications, including monitoring the PR inbox and acting as a point of contact for press and media enquiries.
- Coordinate outreach to editors, stylists and industry contacts to secure coverage opportunities.
- Handle press samples, including sending out, receiving returns, arranging dry cleaning and logging samples in and out of stock.
- Send out regular brand communications to press contacts in line with marketing campaigns, product launches and commercial activities.
- Monitor media coverage of the brand in print and digital channels and create reports.
- Affiliates
- Run affiliate marketing programmes on our affiliate networks on a day-to-day basis.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with brand positioning.
- Track performance, commissions and placements to support revenue growth.
- Ensure all affiliate creative and messaging remains on brand and up to date with seasonal campaigns.
- Build relationships with key affiliates to optimise performance using levers such as CPA increases.
- Maintain regular affiliate communications and support performance reporting and optimisation.
- Reporting
- Produce weekly and monthly reports across PR, affiliate and social media, including mentions of the brand in print and digital media.
- Collate insights from the Marketing CRM Manager and paid media agency on paid channels and CRM.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research within the luxury and menswear sectors.
- Provide actionable insights to inform future marketing activity.
Skills Experience
- 3–5 years' experience in a marketing, PR or digital role, ideally within luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle sectors.
- Strong organisational and project delivery skills.
- Experience executing content and activity across brand channels.
- Experience handling PR relationships and press sample coordination.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness with confidence interpreting data and KPIs.
