Position Scope:
- Assist guests with services including luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests.
- Rooming guests on arrival.
- Parking guest cars and driving resort vehicles.
- Answer guest questions and resolve any guest problems in a friendly and obliging manner.
- Take requests for Shuttles (transportation for guests within the resort) and action them.
- Advise guests on the local area (tourism or business locations, sights or events).
- Greet and welcome guests and direct them to Reception where you are to introduce the guest by name to the Receptionist.
- Assist both arriving and departing guests with baggage handling.
- Store guest baggage upon request and assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles.
- Ensure the delivery of guests luggage/personal items to the appropriate rooms in an efficient and professional manner.
- Valet Park guests' vehicles.
Candidate Specification:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
