Position Scope

To ensure the achievement of departmental and the Resorts strategic goals, assist in the service delivery of a quality food & beverage products to customers. To be able to run a small event without supervision, to assist in the development of food & beverage products, services and training across the Resort. To assist in the smooth running and supervision of small to large banqueting.
