POSITION SCOPE: Responsible for all activities that affect the service of food & beverage products. To manage the bar in the absence of the Bars Manager by providing leadership, overall supervision and control in order to provide a high degree of guest satisfaction while operating the established standards and the established budget for revenue, costs and other goals.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
- Knowledge of all Bars Standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health and sanitation standards.
- Knowledge of Beverage drinks.
- Displays proper and safe use of all equipment.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
- Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- A team player, contributing positively to team performance.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest.
- Previous, similar experience in 4-5 Star environment is required.
