Trump Turnberry, Scotland is ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented individuals to join our legendary team. Positions available on a Full Time, Part Time & Casual Basis.

Position Purpose

Therapists are responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to guests of the spa in line with brand standards, whilst maintaining excellent five-star client care, cleaning standards and grooming. Spa Therapists are also responding to guest needs and recommending suitable products as required.

Key responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Performs all treatments to an exceptional standard, as per the protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the clients specific needs.
  • Updates own knowledge of products and treatment brand standards, outside of formal training by Managers.
  • Carries out an in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified.
  • Ensures aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with client concerns.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work within the UK.
  • Must have strong English communication skills - both written and spoken.
  • HND/SVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy essential.
  • Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service to all.
  • Previous experience of a role within a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
