POSITION PURPOSE
Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand, and host guest experience.
- Actively interact with guests using alcohol and cocktail knowledge to provide recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas.
- Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits.
Candidate requirements
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
- Secondary school education required, additional hospitality or bar training preferred.
- Cocktail-making experience preferred.
- Experience within a similar luxury environment essential.
- Personal License preferred.
