Turn2us, a national charity based in Greater London, is seeking a Head of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) to lead and nurture organizational culture. This role requires expertise in establishing inclusive practices and will collaborate with various teams to ensure strategic alignment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of People, Culture & Governance and drive initiatives that promote equity. Flexible working arrangements are available, requiring at least one day per week in the office.
