An Tool Designer is required for a World Leading Engineering Company based in the UK. Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Salary: £28k - £34k (Depending on experience) plus excellent company benefits.
As the successful candidate, you will have the following knowledge and experience:
- Experience in Tool Design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD); strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
- Attention to Detail: High precision in design work.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
- Communication: Effective collaboration with engineering and production teams.
Responsibilities will include:
- Tool Design: Create detailed designs for tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures using CAD software.
- Technical Interpretation: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and customer requirements.
