  • Act as a proactive team player with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background and self‑motivation with excellent customer service orientation.
  • Good knowledge of common user applications and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to work independently, problem‑solve, and identify ways to improve services.
