Responsibilities:
- Maintain all IT hardware and services across school sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues that impact school operations.
- Install, repair and upgrade computers, networking software and peripheral devices (desktops, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors and AV equipment).
- Provide technical support to users and explain technical issues in layman’s terms.
- Keep schools and turn IT on up to date with available services and manage customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an ICT technician or 2nd line support role, preferably in education.
- Proficient in maintaining school computer equipment and installing software across networks.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office365 and common user applications.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated, team player with an enthusiastic customer‑service attitude.
